This unique experience will feature a private tour of the Tennessee State Capitol, opportunities to sit in on committee hearings during the Tennessee legislative session, and finally, conversations with Representative Susan Lynn and Senator Becky Massey.
This event will take place at the Tennessee State Capitol and the adjacent Cordell Hull State Office Building.

Tennessee parents are determined to have their voices heard! From school board meetings to the halls of the capitol, parent advocates have worked together to advance meaningful public policy that empowers families to choose the right educational environment for their child. Join the American Federation for Children - Tennessee and The Policy Circle for an engaging conversation on the ways that parents can use their voices to push for more educational freedom in their state.&nbsp;

Lunch and Panel with American Federation for Children

This afternoon event will feature two engaging conversations. The first will be a fireside chat with Brad Smith, Founder &amp; CEO of Russell Street Ventures, focusing on revitalizing rural America.&nbsp;
The second will be a panel conversation focused on demystifying the appointments process and the importance of getting women in appointed roles at the state level.&nbsp; This conversation features:
