In this era, monitoring and logging application are must to have for an organization to maintain availability of their web application. Moreover, if we are using a distributed approach such as Docker and Container Orchestration, having a centralized monitoring and logging are good to have. In my real case, my company which I am currently working at this moment are using some tools for monitoring and logging of Django Web Application. We are using: Prometheus + Alert Manager + Ops Genie to handle some issues which raised from Django runtime and servers where the application web running and distributed. Elasticsearch + Logstash + Kibana to log Docker container logs Sentry to catch exception messages from our Django Web Application and Celery Task. Those tools are helping us to stay align with ISO 27001:2013 practice and help to handle incidents on production deployment.&nbsp;

[ENG] Introduction to Quantum Computation using Qiskit

The best way to visualize decision trees is with dtreeviz. It is an awesome python library for decision tree visualization and model interpretation. Visualizing decision trees is a tremendous aid when learning how these models work and when interpreting models. Unfortunately, current visualization packages are rudimentary and not immediately helpful to the novice. For example, we do not have any library that visualizes how decision nodes split up the feature space. Scikit-learn library inherently comes with the plotting capability for decision trees via the sklearn.tree.export_graphviz function. However, there are some issues with the default option. Do we have any alternative to solve all these problems? This is where the dtreeviz library comes into the action that renders better looking and intuitive visualizations while offering greater interpretability options. With dtreeviz library , we will also highlight some of the important elements which are required in decision tree visualizations. By the end of the talk you will get a clear picture about plotting decision trees. The additional capability of making results interpretable is an excellent add-on; You can isolate a single data point and understand the prediction at a micro-level. This helps in better understanding a model&rsquo;s predictions, and it also makes it easy to communicate the findings to others.

Logging command in our server is the one of important ascpect for observability, monitoring and security. By logging the command we can track activity of the user and easily find out what they are executing on the server. Also logging command can improve security in our server, loggin command help us to investigate in case our server compromised by hacker. Therefore logging command is the one of best practice for several standart and regulation like ISO 27100, PCI-DSS How we enable logging in our server? The solution is BPF (Barkeley Packet Filtering). Barkeley Packet Filtering is technology in Linux Kernel that can run program in operating system kernel, so we can extend our linux kernel easily without creating kernel modules or creating changes in the kernel source. This ability allow us to reading anything in upper layer of operating system including user command. In this talk, we will discuss command loggin using BPF and python.
