The way we work has changed&mdash;and workplace learning needs to reflect these changes. That means adopting modern learning practices and recognising we need to modernise how we support people, and, how we measure the impact of that work.&nbsp;
In this session we'll look at how learning has changed and how building capacity in the workplace is as important as ability to the learning function. Too often left until the end of a business change, we'll look at how measurement and evaluation to prove the effects of the work we do and how this moves your function to being a true business partner instead of an order taker. Most importantly, people in this session will take away a range of tactics and models which you will be able to apply immediately.
