<p>Getting Cultured meat into consumers hands has a lot of challenges, especially in production processes where getting R&amp;D to production and from production to scale is fraught with pitfalls. In this panel discussion we discuss key routes to production &amp; scale, including the need for awareness of regulatory drivers and ways to maintain product quality as cultured protein start ups continue to scale to meet demand drivers.</p>
